Super Easy Party!!
Roast Kale Chips
Chop up fresh kale – Chuck it on a baking tray and drizzle fashizzle some oil over the top – Salt and pepper that shite – Bake for 8 mins in hot oven (200 degrees celcius) – Consume immediately
Eggplant chips with creamy dip
Cut eggplant into chip like shaperoonies – Dip them in almond milk and then into cornflour which has been salted and peppered – Dip them back in almond milk – Roll them in breadcrumbs – Either shallow fry or grill them till their golden brown (if grilling, then spray them lightly with oil first)
Creamy dip – Mix Tofutti with corn relish – done!
